Do I need to set up an account to place an order?

We value our customers greatly and understand the importance of your time, therefore creating an account with us will make your shopping experience seamless and give you access to the following benefits:

How do I create an account?

You can create an account by going through the following steps:

  • Click on the ‘My Account/Login’ tab
  • Click on ‘Register’ to create a new account
  • Fill in the required information
  • Click on ‘Register’ to create your account

How will I view my order details and history?

Please sign-in to ‘My Account’ to view your order history. Click on the order you wish to view to see the details. This facility is available to the registered customers only.



How do I place an order?

Cash On Delivery

  • Select the product you are interested in.
  • On the product detail page, select your color/size choices (if applicable), choose quantity and then press the “Add to Cart” button.
  • You can then choose if you wish to continue shopping or head on to Checkout.
  • You can Checkout as Guest or by Logging into your account.
  • On the Checkout page, you may enter your personal and shipping information.
  • Select a payment method, enter any discount vouchers (if applicable) and review your order before selecting “Place Orde Now”.
  • You will receive a confirmation email with your Order Number.
  • For local COD orders, confirm your order with the verification code you have received via SMS.

How do I know if my order has been placed?

After you place your order on the website, an acknowledgement email will be sent to you to confirm that your order has been placed. This will not, however, indicate if the order has been shipped.

For registered customers, this information may be confirmed under “My Orders” in your Account Dashboard.

Why do I need a verification code sent to my mobile?

SMS verification is only applicable for local COD orders. After you’ve placed an order of your desired product, a code will be sent to the mobile number you provided. After submitting this code, your order will be confirmed. This process only helps us to improve our customer experience.

What if I don’t receive the code?

If you didn’t receive the code, you may hit ‘Resend Code’ or you may have provided the wrong number.

In the case of out of Pakistan mobile number you will not receive an SMS.

Will my order be placed if I don’t enter the code?

Yes, your order will still be placed; this process just helps us to provide better customer experience. We highly recommend that you submit the code for a faster delivery.

How can I track my order?

As soon as your order is shipped, you will be emailed a tracking number with a tracking link in the shipping confirmation email

In case you are unable to track your order, you may email us at [email protected] with the Order ID.



What kind of payment methods do you accept?

Currently, the following payment methods are accepted:

Cash on Delivery

This option is available for customers throughout Pakistan. Using this option, you can pay cash to the delivery agent upon receipt of your order. Please ensure that you have the exact amount at hand since our delivery agents might not carry change/petty cash.

Online Payment options

We accept the following online payment methods:

What are the shipping charges for international order?

International shipping rates are calculated based on the destination and the weight of your shipment along with the applicable duties (if any). Estimate your shipping charges by simply adding items to the shopping cart and entering your delivery address.

what if my card is being declined?

There can been several reasons why your card has been refused such as:

  • The card may have expired. Check that your card is still valid.
  • You may have reached your credit limit. Contact your bank to check that you have not exceeded the authorized purchase limit.
  • You may have entered some information incorrectly. Check that you have filled in all the required fields correctly.

Where can I receive my order?

It can be sent to an address selected by you (home, work, etc.) of your choice.

Can the delivery country be different from the purchase country?

Yes you can pay online and have the order delivered in a country of your choice.

How long will it take for my order to be delivered?

All orders will be delivered by our courier service providers within 3-5 working days within Pakistan and 5-7 working days for international orders.

What is the home delivery process?

We will send you an email confirming that your items have been dispatched (when your order leaves the warehouse), another with the tracking number (with a link to the courier’s web page) and lastly the courier will send you a text message or email to inform you of your delivery.

How do I check the delivery status?

On dispatch, you will be provided a Tracking ID for your order through email and SMS. You can log on to TCS and DHL websites for local and international order respectively, insert your Tracking ID and track your order or contact our Customer Care.

In case I am unavailable to receive my order the first time, how many times will the courier agent attempt to deliver my order?

Our delivery agents make two attempts to deliver a parcel. Kindly ensure that the address, country and area code is mentioned clearly while placing an order. On the second failed attempt, the item will be returned to us.




What if an incorrect/damaged item is delivered to me?

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you will have the option of returning/exchanging it at one of our store locations or by courier. Kindly get in touch with our Customer Care for further information

What if an incomplete order is delivered to me?

Full care is taken to ensure that no incomplete order is shipped out. However, in case such a mishap does occur, you can get in touch with our Customer Care to identify this issue and we will rectify it at the earliest.

What is the procedure for cancelling an order?

Order cancellation is dependent on whether or not it has been shipped. Send your order cancellation request to Customer Care. If the order has been shipped, however, you may exchange the product in accordance with our Return policies.

We have the authority to cancel orders for reasons such as; the item being out of stock, pricing errors, or the credit card payment declined by the issuing financial institution.

If an item is out of stock what should I do?

If an item is out of stock, we will try to restock it as soon as possible. If no stock is available, it will be removed from the website.
